Once a spraybooth has been installed, it is important to maintain it. Regular servicing is a major aspect of this, but keeping on top of cleanliness maintaining a good working environment is also important. With this in mind we supply various care products to help protect the spraybooth, improve cleanliness and limit overspray.

With no call out charges, we truly understand the impact of equipment downtime and endeavour to resolve issues as efficiently as possible. We are also able to offer free telephone support to limit the need for costly breakdowns.

Beta offers SprayBooth AfterCare in various packages, ranging from a one-off spraybooth service call, right through to a comprehensive and long-term total care contract, including 24-hour breakdown cover.

For the first time, SprayBooth AfterCare brings together, in one service package, all the resources needed to maintain and operate a spraybooth, continually at maximum efficiency, whilst conforming to all UK and EU health and safety requirements.

SprayBooth AfterCare includes:

  • Service and Maintenance; a full registered spraybooth service, including burners, fans and water wash maintenance.
  • Spraybooth Filters; including checking and replacing main inlet and extract filters, bag filters and pre-filters. Consultation and full dirt-in - paint analysis sets Beta apart in providing best-in-class filtration products for individual needs
  • Technical Services; LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) testing including booth clearance tests, particle emissions monitoring, breathing air quality testing, and advice about meeting all other EPA and COSHH regulations.
